West Virginians deserve a fair and impartial court. As a lawyer, I understand the role of the Supreme Court as an independent branch of government. As a justice, I will be committed to deciding every single case based upon the facts, the law and the Constitution and not based on any preconceived agenda.

In the months ahead, I will be working hard and traveling throughout West Virginia to speak with voters about the importance of our Supreme Court to the bright future of West Virginia.
